Information about personal data processing

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We may process the club name, contact person's name, email, telephone number, selected category, estimated number of players and the content of your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to respond to your message, communicate about SWHA and potentially establish cooperation. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by email.

4. Retention period

We retain the data for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, or for a shorter period if you withdraw consent or the data are no longer needed. If a contractual relationship is established, relevant data may be processed further under applicable legal obligations.

5. Recipients

The data are not published or sold. They are accessible only to authorised project personnel and technical hosting or email providers to the extent required to operate the form.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, withdraw consent and object to processing where the relevant right applies. Send requests to info@swha.eu.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

7. Automated decisions and cookies

Form data are not used for automated decision-making or profiling. The website currently uses no marketing or analytics cookies.
